Meet Mark Casasanto, Sr., Director of Operations
Our expectations are fairly simple - take a schedule; honor the schedule; show up on time, in uniform, and with a positive attitude; and have fun!
While we are not able to offer a majority of our staff a set schedule, we are extremely busy 11 months out of the year. This means, if you are someone that follows our expectations above, we can very likely keep you as busy as you choose to be, up to 40 hours per week!
We preach customer/guest service as its 99% of what we do. We are not looking for people to be the big, burly bouncer at the door to a nightclub - we are looking for folks who greet people with a smile and a hello. When we say no, it's not just "no"...it's "no, I'm sorry, but let me help you in another way".
Whether our staff is greeting a group from Japan attending a trade show, or manning the stage barricade at a Ginuwine concert, they are representing IESS and doing the best job they can with our full support.
